In a calming space renovated from an old folk house, I felt at ease the moment I entered. The staff were very kind and readily offered advice on the menu. The deer walnut butter curry combined fragrant walnuts with creamy butter, and it was surprisingly delicious from the very first bite. The wild boar tomato dry curry was well-spiced, and the chunky meat was enjoyable without any strong aftertaste. The soup of the Chinese noodles had a gentle umami from chicken bones, layered with various meat flavors, making it a perfect match with the chewy noodles. From the crunchy wild boar chashu to the slightly rare deer chashu, every dish left a memorable taste, and I was very satisfied.
