Dongrae Halmae Pajeon is a traditional Pajeon specialty shop in Busan that has been around since the 1940s. Located in Busan's hot spring town, Dongrae, it is beloved as a local specialty. The chic interior allows you to enjoy watching the Pajeon being cooked through glass. The thick Pajeon, made with plenty of green onions and seafood, has a fluffy texture.
