As I walked through the arcade, I was drawn in by a savory aroma and couldn't help but stop in my tracks. The shop is cozy, and it's easy to choose quickly at the ticket machine at the entrance, making it a relaxed experience. The mackerel, carefully grilled over charcoal, was plump and juicy, providing great satisfaction. The bowl combining eel and red beef had a perfect harmony of the meat's umami and the eel's sauce, and adding a bit of wasabi made it even more refreshing. The rice and clear soup, while simple, were made with care, and the overall balance was excellent, making it hard to put down my chopsticks until the end. It's a wonderful shop with a calm atmosphere where you can feel happy and full.
