It was a small shop with a counter, and I felt a sense of comfort the moment I walked in. It is run by a parent and child, and their smiles and attentiveness made me feel at ease. Even as a first-time visitor, they greeted me, and I was delighted by the service, including jamón serrano and peach juice. Every dish was delicious, especially the simmered offal, which was so rich that I couldn't stop eating it. There was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to enjoy, including tomato sour, hoppy, cup sake, and whiskey. Many regular customers gathered, and the conversations flowed, making the time pass by in a pleasant way.
