Chant d'Oiseau Kawaguchi Station Verrine Lychee. Lychee jelly, peach and vanilla bavarois. The texture of the peaches and the raspberries add a nice accent to the plump jelly and smooth bavarois. The name "Verrine Lychee" suggests that lychee is the main ingredient, but the presence of lychee is not strong, and it is perfectly balanced with the peaches and raspberries. The moment you bite into it, you are enveloped by the elegant and gorgeous aroma, which is a wonderful sensation. I have written about my impressions in my blog.

Chant d'Oiseau Kawaguchi Station Poisson d'Avril. Limited time offer. Poisson d'Avril is filled with large, sweet strawberries. The pistachios glimpsed between the strawberries and the pie are lovely. (📷4th photo) The cross section is also attractive. I didn't include a photo in the post, but the pistachio damande is very powerful. The balance between the savory pistachio damande, the sweet and juicy fresh strawberries, and the light and crispy pie crust is exquisite. This time we shared it among several people, but I would like to have it all to myself if I could..! I have written about my impressions in my blog.

📍Chandoisseau (Kawaguchi Station) Miserable Entremet (No.5) ＋Decoration This year's birthday cake was my favorite Miserable by Chandoisot. ＋It was very beautiful and impressive. ☺️ We also bought some other cakes, which I will write about in detail in my blog. 📍Chandoisseau (Kawaguchi Station) Stollen I went to Chandoisot to make a reservation for a Christmas cake. They had also started selling Stollen, so I bought one. ☺️ There are two kinds of Stollen, naturals and chocolates. I chose the naturale. 📍Chandoisseau (Kawaguchi Station) Frézier Tarte Pomme I'm so glad it's the season for Frézier to come out🥰🙌! The vanilla-scented rich mousseline and sweet and sour strawberries were a perfect match and extremely delicious. The tarte pomme is voluptuous from the outside. There is a slight bitterness in the sweet and sour apple flavor. The apples are delicious, but I personally like this foundation. For more information, please visit our blog. 📍Chandoisseau (Kawaguchi Station) Gateau Noel Fromage 2019 Christmas Cake (3) Milky rare cheese and rich baked cheese cake. The crunchy biscuit texture on the bottom is a nice accent! Between the rare cheese and baked cheesecake is a lemon and bergamot jelly. The citrus freshness added to the rich cheese makes it light and airy. ☺️ It was very delicious! Chant d'Oiseau Kawaguchi Station Tarte mille-teuille. A tart filled with blueberries. The crust is taut and delicious...! The crispy and savory tart crust is filled with rich custard cream and plenty of blueberries. The texture of the blueberries and tart dough is fun and expressive. A home café with lovely chocolates. I wanted to try the sweets from Chandoisot, a 2020 Sweets 100 famous store, so I ordered chocolates from them too... Chocolat 5 pieces (1,463 yen before tax) Nishi-Passion Banana. Santander. Tonka. Chocolat au lait. All of them looked cute and tasted unique and delicious chocolates, perfect for a home café. I would like to order different sweets from Chandoisot again! Thank you very much! Passion Banana. Santander. Tonka. Chocolat au lait. Opera (5 pieces. 1463 yen without tax)
