This is a cozy shop with a counter where locals casually gather. The first dish served was carefully prepared, and the simmered shellfish and braised pork were so flavorful that it made me happy. The sashimi was fresh and plump, and I was able to request a mixed platter from just one serving, with the option to exclude any ingredients I didn't like. The shop's specialty, tempura corn, had a crispy batter that highlighted its sweetness, and the tempura maitake mushrooms were fragrant and irresistible. The simmered beef tendon and daikon, smoked herring, and crab shell dishes were also rich in flavor, making it easy to enjoy my drinks. The local sake, beer, and sour cocktails paired perfectly, allowing for a relaxed dining experience while enjoying conversation.

Local sake is also available, and the combination with the dishes is enjoyable. They respond to detailed requests, so you can relax and enjoy.
