This is a restaurant that specializes in pasta, and everything has a careful flavor. The garlic sautéed shrimp is plump and fragrant, elevating your mood from the very first dish. The tomato stew packed with vegetables and the broccoli steamed in white wine are both delicious, showcasing the texture of the ingredients. The aglio e olio has a light garlic aroma and is not heavy, making it perfect for sharing. The spaghetti with squid ink is rich, and I was satisfied with the tuna tomato cream, the anchovy and olive tomato sauce, the chicken and mushroom risotto, the mozzarella omelet, and the baguette. When you order various dishes a la carte paired with wine, you can truly enjoy the restaurant's capabilities.
