As you proceed deeper from the entrance, there is a counter and a tatami room where you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. The small plate of cucumber with sesame aroma that comes out first is crisp and instantly whets your appetite. The assorted chicken sashimi is all very fresh, and the rich flavor of the liver is unforgettable. The grilled chicken thigh has just the right amount of elasticity, and the aroma rising from the hot iron plate makes it hard to stop eating. The miso flavor and the green onion sauce grilled dishes each have their own character, and adding garlic powder makes them even more delicious. There is also the enjoyment of mixing the leftover miso and fat on the iron plate with rice, which leaves you satisfied until the very end.
