I was surprised to find such a stylish shop in Kita-Ekigaya. The atmosphere from the exterior to the interior is great, and the stained glass particularly catches the eye. The course meal, which reflects a commitment to ingredients, is beautifully presented, and each dish is truly delicious. The dish featuring fish baked to perfection with karasumi had an excellent balance of saltiness and umami. The fruity red wine served with the beef paired perfectly, allowing me to enjoy the fun of pairing. It offers a special time that makes you forget you are in the local area, making it perfect for important days.
