Poirot's omelette is rolled in a fluffy egg, and the rice inside is finished in white. Although it is a butter rice dish, the buttery flavor is moderate and harmonious. The combination of rice, egg, and sauce was very good, and among the three sauces, I particularly liked the tomato sauce. My partner and I agreed and plan to go back.
