There is spicy oil on the table, and I’m happy that I can add it to my liking. The curry is served in a deep silver plate, which is exciting just to look at. The dish of spaghetti with keema topped with a cutlet comes on a hot plate, releasing a wonderful aroma. The cutlet is crispy and full of meat juices, and the texture of the noodles is pleasantly chewy. The fragrant browning created by the heat adds an accent, making it hard to stop eating with a spoon. The curry has a strong flavor from the start, followed by a moderate spiciness and a light aftertaste, and the shrimp is plump and satisfying.
