The calm interior of the restaurant has a nostalgic atmosphere, and the moment I sit down, I feel relieved. When I ordered the seafood bowl, the sashimi of tuna, flounder, and bonito was fresh, and I was impressed by its honest deliciousness. The large chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) was filled with lily bulbs and ginkgo nuts, offering a fluffy and smooth texture. The simmered vegetables were also carefully cut, and the gentle seasoning permeated through. The owner's dedication can be felt in every detail of the dishes, making me happy with each bite. It's a place where I can thoroughly enjoy the bounty of the sea, with quiet yet warm service.
