The taste of the fish was very good, and I was excited from the start. The seared tuna was cooked just right, and its aroma left a lasting impression. The octopus sashimi and the unusual shellfish were also fresh, providing a delightful texture. The sweet potato shochu can be enjoyed in various ways, and the balance of aroma and sweetness is excellent. The calm dining area, where you can take off your shoes, allows for a comfortable spacing between seats. The Kagoshima black beef steak and homemade potato salad were also very satisfying, showcasing the creativity of Japanese cuisine.
