Carefully prepared buckwheat noodle soup I arrived at the restaurant in a hurry because it opens at 10:30 a.m. There are 7 parking spaces in front of the restaurant. At the ticket machine, I chose the soy sauce tsukemen, which is only available for 15 servings a day for a limited time. As I am not a fan of "cozy" type noodles, this visual alone gives me high expectations ( -̀ . The noodles are made with ingredients that do not use chemical seasonings, and although they look like buckwheat noodles, they have a sticky texture that is perfect for tsukemen. ‼️ The light yet rich soy sauce broth is well mixed with the noodles. I'm sure I'll be back and next time I'd like to try the shio (salt) version.
