In 1964, the architect Kunio Maekawa designed a tea room located inside the Hirosaki Civic Hall. Inside the hall, visitors can also enjoy close-up views of large stained glass artworks by the artist Sano Nui, creating a rich moment where culture and everyday life gently intertwine.
