A sushi roll with traditional Nara pickle from Raifuku Sake Brewery. This dish was lovingly prepared by the large innkeeper for her family and the brewery workers. The secret to its unique flavor lies in the Nara pickle, which adds depth and serves as an accent. This special taste can only be enjoyed at OMICAFE during the Sunflower Festival period. Don't miss this opportunity, and be sure to try it.
