The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxing, allowing for a casual experience. I am pleased that I can take my time enjoying the food at the counter. The signature anago (sea eel) nigiri has a fluffy, delicate texture that is truly impressive. The sashimi is all very fresh, with the flavors of the horse mackerel and octopus coming through strongly. The tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) has a gentle sweetness, and when paired with the ginger of the clams and kohada (young gizzard shad), I can't put my chopsticks down. The creamy oysters and medium fatty tuna on the rice bowl also provide a high level of satisfaction, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.
