The top ribs and top loin were very tender and melted in the mouth. It had been a while since I had had such delicious meat. We visited when the restaurant opened on the day of our visit, but it took about 30 minutes for the charcoal and meat to arrive. I would recommend making a reservation and allowing plenty of time for your visit. I think this is a delicious restaurant that is well worth the time and effort.
