I had the loin tonkatsu set meal. First, a heaping pile of cabbage was served. The cabbage was very thin and fluffy, and when I poured the restaurant's original dressing on it, it was very tasty and I ate it up in one piece. The pork cutlet was slightly pink in color and the heat was perfect. It was moist, tender, and juicy, with a strong flavor and fat, but it was light and refreshing, so I was able to enjoy it to the end.

As the name of the restaurant says, it is a tonkatsu specialty restaurant, and the tonkatsu is very delicious. 200 grams of the meat is unbelievably thick, and they stick to pork from Ibaraki Prefecture for their delicious tonkatsu. And what is surprising is the heaping pile of cabbage! The original dressing makes the cabbage go down a treat! With meat and vegetables, it is good for you, nutritious, and you can eat it. Lunch is reasonable in volume!
