Upon entering the restaurant, you are greeted by a bright Japanese-style counter and a spacious tatami room, creating a calming atmosphere. The staff and the head chef welcome you with smiles, making it easy to sit down even for first-timers without feeling nervous. The menu offers a rich variety, including seafood donburi and tekka don, all featuring fresh ingredients that are surprising. In particular, the non-frozen bluefin tuna has a rich umami flavor and pairs excellently with soy sauce. Small side dishes, miso soup, and cold tea are served quickly, allowing for an enjoyable and smooth dining experience. This restaurant allows you to casually savor high-quality seafood in a traditional Japanese ambiance, making it a very satisfying place to visit.
