I was impressed by the well-rounded Japanese breakfast set. The miso soup with dumplings and a variety of side dishes were served, and I was satisfied that I could have a second helping of rice. It was more relaxing to enjoy than a buffet, and it felt comforting in the morning. They also have teppanyaki here, and I was excited to enjoy both abalone and foie gras, as well as both sirloin and tenderloin of black wagyu beef. I was able to fully savor the garlic rice at the end, and I enjoyed dessert in a different setting at a leisurely pace. The staff's attention to detail was thoughtful; when I made eye contact and signaled, they came over with a smile, which made the quality of the food stand out even more.
