Meh, but we went to Okonomimura! After an early dinner at Micchan Sohonten, we wandered around. We decided that one okonomiyaki would be a waste of our visit. So we decided to go for it. Let's go to Okonomimura! We took a streetcar from Hiroshima Station to Hacchobori! This area is very urban and full of various stores! The atmosphere is similar to that of Kawaramachi in Kyoto. We arrived at the Okonomimura after asking someone! There are okonomiyaki restaurants on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of the building! There are 8 okonomiyaki restaurants on one floor, separated from each other by a wall. The entrance area is only covered with a curtain, so passersby can see everything! All the stores are in this style, so it may be too much for those who are a little concerned about it. After circling around all the floors, I decided to go with Atomu! The deciding factor was... it looked easy to enter? The interior of the store is the same as any other. Only counter seating with iron plates and round chairs. The menu includes not only okonomiyaki but also negiyaki and a la carte dishes Of course! We had the meat and egg soba for 810 yen! It's fun to watch the process of completion right in front of your eyes! A lot of cabbage, just the right height when finished! Steamed, steamed, steamed... the cabbage is so sweet and delicious! Because Osaka's okonomiyaki is mixed with other okonomiyaki, you can't feel the cabbage directly! I think this is a little disappointing. The noodles can be crispy, crispy, or fluffy. The pork is also crispy, and the dough underneath has a bonito flavor It was delicious and filled me up! This was the second okonomiyaki we had that day! We had to wait a long time and the service was disappointing... When I compared the taste with this one, I was surprised at how different they were! Well, the service here is also a little bit less than friendly. But when I talked to him, he wasn't so shy. It takes courage to say a few words, though. He was very polite and helpful in getting me back to my hotel! Thanks for the food!
