Upon entering the store, I was immediately able to relax in a calm space where the wood grain and dark colors harmonized. The counter and tables are arranged comfortably, making it easy to spend time alone or in a group. The staff welcomed me with smiles, and I appreciated the atmosphere that made ordering easy even for first-timers. Comparing the two types of imoni, Yamagata style and Sendai style, was enjoyable as the differences in miso and soy sauce were delightful, and the taro was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The chewy noodles of Yokote yakisoba and the crispy tako zangyi were also fragrant, and I couldn't stop eating. While listening to pleasant 80s music, I was able to fully enjoy the flavors of Tohoku, making for an exciting time until the very end.
