✔️ Osaka Umeda ✔️ Chinese Cuisine Beard ------------------------------------------------------- The famous proprietress who supports this Chinese restaurant behind the scenes. From today, I'm a gourmet in Umeda! This restaurant is located right in front of DD House and under the elevated railway tracks of Umeda Chayamachi. I've tried to make a reservation in advance, but was turned down... and then I went on the day, but was turned down... and that continued for a total of about 5 times, until this time I finally got a reservation 😭👍. I was so happy and impressed! I was so happy and impressed! This restaurant is so popular that it is included in the 100 best gyoza restaurants on the "Eat Log" list! The atmosphere of the restaurant could be described as a popular Chinese restaurant, but it was Friday evening and the place seemed to be very busy! In the hour or so we were there, more than 5 groups of customers without reservations were turned down because the restaurant was full! LOL! The famous lady is the proprietress! Bean-curd soup with hot bean paste I want to say "all the Chinese restaurants that serve good hot-and-sour bean curd are good"! LOL! It's really good. The tofu is so soft and the spiciness is just right to make the alcohol go down the drain 🤣. Relatively speaking, I think I understand why everyone wants to come here. Cheap and tasty.
