The calm atmosphere centered around the counter conveys a sense of family working together harmoniously. Each of the initial dishes is prepared with care, bringing a smile to my face. The sushi is on the smaller side, harmonizing well with the toppings, and it blends smoothly when placed in the mouth. They provide cues on how to eat, such as suggesting to use salt, and the timing of serving is precise, which feels great. The grilled anago shines particularly in the season when it is rich in fat, and the aroma of ginger is pleasant. The friendly interactions and thoughtful attention made me appreciate the joy of counter sushi once again.

We will prepare a recommended selection of sushi for one person. If you have any seafood you dislike, just let us know at the beginning, and we will change it to a different type.
