The Fujinomiya yakisoba is fragrant, and the firmness of the noodles and the aroma of the shaved bonito flakes are very satisfying. The flavor is not overwhelming, and it can be enjoyed deliciously until the end. The okonomiyaki is filled with plenty of cabbage, and they ask whether you want mayonnaise, showing their consideration. In addition to yakisoba, there are set meals, rice bowls, and yakisoba, making it fun to choose. The interior has table seating and raised areas, and from the back seats, you can see the scenery of the irrigation canal and trees, which feels nice. The parking lot is spacious, making it easy to access by car or motorcycle, and we were able to enjoy a special time with a view of Mount Fuji.
