A yakitori specialty shop where you can savor the flavors of local chicken from across the country
Just a 3-minute walk from Warabi Station, Hirai boasts delicious yakitori made from various renowned local chicken breeds from all over Japan. They use different breeds for each part, including Gunma Prefecture's specialty chicken and Akita Prefecture's Hinai chicken, showcasing their commitment to quality by preparing and skewering the chicken themselves. The yakitori, grilled slowly over Kishu binchotan charcoal, is plump, juicy, and full of chicken flavor. It's a recommended spot where you can enjoy deliciousness in a quiet atmosphere, even if you're dining alone.
