I am happy to see that they value local ingredients and seasonings. The interior is spacious and bright, creating a relaxed atmosphere. There are table seats and raised seating, making for a convenient layout. The menu has more variety than I expected, making it fun to choose. The fried items are crispy and pair well with the ginger sauce, and the addition of rice, miso soup, salad, and small bowls of processed seafood is satisfying. There is also a drink bar, allowing you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.
