The moment I entered, I was excited by the good sense of the interior design. There are many dishes that use local ingredients, and all of them are attractive. The dish with seared duck and grilled eggplant was fragrant and very satisfying. The dish combining fried yamame trout with loquat was surprisingly delicious. The wine descriptions were thorough, and I easily enjoyed a gentle sparkling wine from Nagano. The pace of service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant, allowing for a leisurely experience.
