This dining area, located on the hillside of the hotel, offers a very pleasant view of the Northern Alps thanks to the gentle lines of the building and large windows. Dinner is served buffet-style, featuring a wide array of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes that make it hard to stop once you start picking up food with your tray. The salad bar has crisp seasonal vegetables, and it's fun to mix and match your favorite ingredients as much as you like. The roast beef and roast pork are rich in flavor, and adding wasabi sauce or roasted garlic sauce enhances the taste even more. The chef's special ratatouille, sushi, and tempura are all carefully prepared, ensuring high satisfaction with every choice. I enjoyed finishing off with mango pudding and wasabi ice cream while also indulging in self-service wine and draft beer, allowing me to spend the entire time with a smile.
