The calm interior centered around the counter is very comfortable, and the wooden slab catches the eye. They serve freshly fried food right in front of you, and the staff's careful explanations are exciting. The use of salt and tempura dipping sauce is well-balanced, and the fact that the sauce is not applied but can be added later according to preference is delightful. The sweet shrimp, eel, and whiting, along with asparagus, young corn, bracken, Manganji green pepper, and Kamo eggplant stuffed with shrimp, all have a fragrant aroma and are crispy. The scallops are firm, and the lightly fried conger eel with shiso and plum is a nice accent. The natural flavors of the ingredients are tightly preserved within the batter, allowing for enjoyment until the very end.
