A renowned kalguksu restaurant known for its clear soup and fresh seafood
Yugane kalguksu, famous for its pokkeumul kalguksu in Gongju City. Despite being far from Gongju City, it was crowded with customers. Fresh clams, octopus, and oysters were separately brought and added to the noodles. The soup made with cabbage and fresh seafood was excellent. The noodles were truly delicious. Yugane kalguksu serves a clear soup with fresh seafood. It has a generous amount of clams and oysters. The vegetables served with suyuk are well-cooked. The kimchi with suyuk and vegetables is delicious. Hobak kalguksu from Honam is known for its soup, which gets better the longer it simmers. It's a popular dish among the common people and is considered a sequel to traditional kalguksu. The restaurant is located in Honam.
