You can choose the spiciness of the sundubu jjigae, and the spicy level is just right. It is satisfying with plenty of seafood and tofu. Mixing a raw egg into the soup adds richness and makes it creamy. It pairs perfectly with white rice. I appreciate that kimchi, namul, and fruit are served on the side. You can enjoy coffee after the meal, either hot or iced.
