The whale sashimi is very impressive. Eating the red meat and the white skin together creates a perfect harmony of richness and freshness. Both have a smooth texture, with no unpleasant smell, making them easy to eat. The flavor of ginger makes it hard to stop using chopsticks. The sea urchin in the seafood bowl spreads sweetness and umami, and the tuna is also delicious. The salmon roe is satisfying, and overall, it was thoroughly enjoyable.
