The counter-centered interior, where you can feel the aroma and sound of charcoal fire up close, was very comfortable. The omakase skewers are carefully grilled one by one, and the flavor of the chicken comes through strongly. In addition to heart, neck, gizzard, wings, and meatballs, there are also fun vegetable skewers like shishito peppers, tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, and young corn. They ask for additional requests along the way, so you can enjoy at your own pace. For the finale, you can choose from ramen, chicken soboro rice bowl, or curry, and all were satisfying. They also have a selection of drinks like sake, shochu, and wine, and they suggest pairings with the skewers.
