The signature dish, chicken pho, has a clear broth that is gentle and seeps into the body even after drinking. The chicken is refreshing yet moist and juicy, with the umami lasting until the end. The rice noodles are smooth and have a good bite, allowing for an enjoyable texture without becoming soggy. The banh mi features crispy, fragrant bread filled with plenty of vegetables, making it light yet highly satisfying. In addition to pho, there are plenty of options like spring rolls and congee, making me want to try a different dish next time.
