Using the rare Date chicken from Fukushima Prefecture, the grilled chicken cooked over binchotan charcoal brings out the natural umami of the bird. With large portions that are satisfying to eat, each skewer grilled to perfection brings mouth-watering delight. Additionally, the ramen features a broth concentrated with the umami of chicken, making it perfect for a finishing touch after drinks.

The modern Japanese interior, featuring a counter and table seating, exudes a relaxed atmosphere, making it comfortable for both individuals and groups. In this warm space, you can enjoy a pleasant time. The second floor also has tatami seating, providing an environment that is easy for families and groups to use.

Opened in April 2023 in Fujidera City, Osaka Prefecture. With fresh ingredients and skilled craftsmanship, we aim to be a beloved store for the local community. Since opening, we have been cherished by local residents and continue to grow as a place where new discoveries await with each visit.
