This is a shop located near the ski resort, making it easy to stop by casually. Although it has an izakaya style, it offers a wide variety of sushi and sashimi, all of which convey excellent freshness. The crunchy texture of the whelk and the rich flavor that comes out the more you chew the octopus are very impressive. The offal stew is tender and has a deep flavor from being simmered slowly, which is comforting. The atmosphere is homey and warm, allowing for a pleasant stay. It is quite popular and seats fill up quickly, so it's reassuring to make a reservation in advance.
