I finally entered a shop I had been curious about along Line 9. The interior is cozy, with a well-arranged counter and tables, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The signature dish, matsutake udon, features a dashi broth with a hint of soy sauce and mirin, and the aroma of matsutake mushrooms spreads beautifully. The slightly soft noodles have a gentle texture, making you want to drink the fragrant broth to the last drop. The refreshing yuzu adds to the experience, enhancing the flavor of the matsutake and providing a high level of satisfaction. It's a wonderful shop that feels like a little reward when you stop by during a drive or while enjoying the autumn leaves.
