Ingredients like surf clams, herring, baby sardines, eggplant, and zucchini are carefully prepared, each leaving a memorable taste. The chicken sashimi and Satsuma-age are fragrant, making you want to keep eating. The belly of bonito, marinated in salt, has a unique chewy texture and an irresistible fermented flavor. To finish, Kagoshima ramen is perfect, combining pork bone broth with niboshi dashi and soy sauce, topped with bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, finely shredded cabbage, charred green onions, and chashu, providing great satisfaction.
