The restaurant opened on September 20, 2019. Delicious Japanese cuisine. Okada-san is independent from Shinsaibashi Masuda-san. He trained at a two Michelin star restaurant. It is a restaurant where you can relax. The atmosphere of the restaurant is excellent, and the food is delicious and pleasing to the eye. The dishes are seasonal and presented in a very tasteful way. It was a good idea to make a reservation early. Every time I visit, I make a reservation for the next one. We have been here for four meals. The pictures of the food are mixed. It has become difficult to get a reservation since Michelin was awarded. We try to make evening reservations.

We enjoyed a lunch girls' party. Not only were the food and service wonderful, but the food containers were artistic! The dishes were served in about 10 different small containers, and of course the sashimi and shinjo were delicious. Hot dishes are served hot and cold dishes are served cold, but they are prepared at a temperature that makes them easy to eat, and I was impressed by that as well. Visiting the restaurant with a reservation is recommended.
