Niboshi Ramen with Aji Tamago is extremely tasty. Both the chashu pork and the niboshi egg have an appealing melt-in-your-mouth texture. The owner's love can be felt in the handmade noodles, and the taste of niboshi can be enjoyed. The spiciness of the chili pepper also adds a nice accent. It is worth waiting in line before the restaurant opens.
