I'm a fan of the master's recommended menu, and this time I ordered the demi-glace beef stew with my boyfriend. The meat juices melt in your mouth, creating a wonderfully mild, luxurious, and rich flavor. Actually, I overate at lunch (laughs), so my stomach is stuffed (laughs). I made a reservation for dinner at 5 PM, but I should have made it for 7 PM. Despite being in a situation where I was worried about not having enough room in my stomach (laughs), it was so delicious that I wanted to have a second helping (laughs). I'm looking forward to the recommended menu next time as well.

I also had the pleasure of trying real champagne from the Champagne region, which can only be found at this restaurant in Takatsuki, and I was completely satisfied. This is a place I would like to visit again.

The atmosphere was quiet and we were seated at the counter to match our eating pace. The sake had a fruity jazzberry flavor and gorgeous ruby color, and went well with meats and salads. The tsukidashi of sakura shrimps, grated daikon and radish was also delicious. Kinshachi Nagoya Akamiso Lager is a fusion of red miso and malted barley that gives it a deep and unique flavor. We also had it hot and enjoyed the taste of special junmai bottle-stored sake.
I enjoyed every dish. One item felt a bit expensive, but since it was a private room, I was able to have a meal in a quiet space, which was nice! Also, I was able to overcome my dislike of eel, which I had struggled with until today, and it was delicious, so I felt like I wanted to go again. Thank you very much! ⭐
