The flavor of the anglerfish hot pot is rich, and the liver blends well, adding depth to the soup. There are plenty of chunky pieces, and you can enjoy the gelatinous parts, which is satisfying. The final rice porridge is made with that broth, and it has a nice aroma, making it easy to eat. There is also a grouper hot pot, and when you combine it with yuzu pepper, it tastes refreshing and delicious. Dishes are served in order from appetizers and sashimi to hot pot, rice porridge, and dessert, creating a pleasant flow. The restaurant is lively and flexible in accommodating orders for multiple hot pots, and the cozy interior adds to the atmosphere.
