Dajeong Sikdang

Handmade kalguksu is characterized by a refreshing flavor using mugwort, sesame salt, and seaweed. All ingredients are domestically sourced, and it pairs perfectly with the daily made kaktugi.

The interior of the shop, which has been renovated from an old house, features standing tables and tatami tables, providing a spacious area that can accommodate many people. It exudes a warm atmosphere where local people gather.

The owner, who originally ran a kalguksu and suyuk specialty shop in Ota, has been preserving the local flavors for over 20 years since moving to Nonsan. The skill of hand-made noodles is backed by years of experience.
