The signature Neapolitan pasta has a strong tomato flavor that pairs perfectly with bacon and bell peppers. The noodles have a pleasant texture, not too soft, and when you enjoy them with a lightly buttered toast, your satisfaction increases even more. The siphon-brewed coffee and the wobbly coffee jelly served after the meal balance sweetness and bitterness perfectly.
