This shop is located in a slightly retro building near Sapporo Station. The interior is calm and has a pleasantly eclectic feel. The signature ham cutlet is freshly fried and crispy, and the thick cut is substantial and satisfying. The drinks and food are served quickly, and the staff is kind, making for a pleasant experience. I was also satisfied with the taste of the tuna chunks, Neapolitan pasta, and offal stew. I enjoyed the thick ham cutlet and potato fries in a bucket as takeout, and they were delicious at home as well.
