Hyudonjong is a neat little restaurant located at the foot of the castle bridge in Joyang, loved by families. The oil used in the cooking is clean and light, allowing you to enjoy a crispy coating. The pork cutlet is thick and flavorful, and the texture of the tonkatsu is also moist. While there is room for improvement in the cooking of the kimchi udon and kamaboko, the other menu items are delicious and the portions are more than satisfactory. It's also conveniently located near the Gongneung Station, making it easy to visit.
