Upon entering the restaurant, it has a clean and comfortable atmosphere, and the counter is cozy. There are private rooms and tatami seating, making it a relaxing place. The sashimi was translucent and felt very fresh. The freshly fried tempura had a light batter, the oysters were plump, and the mountain vegetables had a pleasant aroma. The side dishes had a gentle flavor, and it was clear that each dish was carefully prepared. The small bowl with kuzu was impressive, as was the homemade thick fried tofu, allowing you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of local fish and vegetables.
