L'Arcolaio

L'Arcolaio Tipicita offers traditional Umbrian cuisine in an intimate, living room–like setting with only a handful of seats. Guests watch as fresh pasta is kneaded and prepared to order in the open kitchen, paired with regional cured meats, cheeses, and legumes. Vintage furnishings and carefully chosen objects create a nostalgic, characterful atmosphere that feels both homely and distinctive.
